NICE SELCO GENEVE QUARTZ WORLD TIME DESK NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency) PRESENTATION CLOCK WITH ALARM.
Clock is battery powered (AA - included) and provides time through hours, minutes and second hands. There's also an alarm pointer. The clock is engraved with NGA's motto, "Know the Earth... Show the Way... Understand the World." The center bezel (see 3rd photo) may be rotated to your time zone (city) by aligning your major city to the 6 o'clock position.
You can then read to relative times in other places around the world by adding or subtracting the number of time zones  to the place you are interested in (add hours if your location of interest is to the right, subtract hours if your location of interest is to the left). As shown in the third photo, you are currently in the Eastern Standard time zone. If you are interested to know the time in London, England, count the number of time zones to that location. This would be 5 hours to the right so you would add that to your local time (London would be 3:18pm).  You can also use the smaller numbers (1-24) around the outside of the dial to help you add or subtract. If you wanted to know the local time in San Francisco, that would be 3 time zones to the left, so it would be 7:18am in San Francisco.
