HOW TO PREP YOUR DEVICE BEFORE I CONNECT:
1. Go to Settings, About Phone, then Software Info, and tap on Build number 7 times
2. Back out to Settings, then scroll down to the bottom and tap on Developer Options
3. Tap on USB debugging (toggle) to turn it on
4. Put the phone in Download Mode (google it if you don't know how) and provide me with the DID number
5. Install Teamviewer and provide me the ID number via WhatsApp
