This skirt is in very good pre-owned condition. The waistband on this skirt is very soft. The front zippered pockets go all the way through the front so your hands can meet in the middle. There's a back zippered pocket on the back waistband. This skirt is designed to go over a pair of leggings. Flaws: there is a small smudge above the back zipper.  There is also a hole/snag on the left front edge of the skirt.  Not terribly obvious. If you trim the loose bit,  you might not be able to see it at all. I wanted to leave that decision up to the buyer. Waistband measured flat across is 14".This is a very cute skirt with reflective details.
