    LOT DESCRIPTION & CONDITION:   This came from a recent estate auction of Lionel Trains.  This is a Lionel Standard Gauge - 63 Manual Semaphore.  This is used and wear.  This was tested by hand and did work. Light not tested. Missing cover for bulb, but believe I have one. If found, I will include, This item is over a 100 years old. You decide.
