A NOTE on House of Kolor labeling/packaging:
The manufacturer is changing the labeling for the Urethane Kandies, resulting in labels varying between the "Urethane Kandy" label and the "Kosmic Kolor Urethane Kandy" label. Despite label variation, the products are identical. Due to the variation of the labels, the product packaging you receive may vary in this respect from the photograph.

SHIPPING
All orders ship within one (1) business day and all shipping is free within the lower 48 states. We ship Monday through Friday and packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. A shipping notification and tracking number will be sent once your order is processed.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or PO Boxes at this time.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to shipping your return item. Any return must be in the same condition it was delivered, new & unused, and in the original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
