CAST IRON REPAINTED ANTIQUE DOG CLOCK CASE W/ A RIDER AND LARGE FLAG

Description

Drawn from an estate sale this week, I am offering a variety of spring wound clocks, housings and parts.
NOTE: I cannot guarantee that any of the clocks work.  These were part of a huge assortment from the estate of someone who had a large scale, long lasting clock repair shop.  Everything is being sold AS FOUND.

This individual cast iron clock case in the shape of a St. Bernard with a rider carrying a flag is large,
measuring
approx 11 1/2" L x 10 1/2" H x 1 3/4" D.  It weighs approx 5 pounds and has a mechanism which might or might not have been original.  The dog seems to be a St. Bernard.  The front finish is a recent coat of gold spray paint, the back a black enamel paint.
