New open, unused. Customer change mind returns from big retail store. Good quality product. Cosmetically it shows no signs of previous use though during shipping and handling it may have acquired very minor scuffs but not in functional areas or on glass, only in the housing and external surfaces.
Please note the product may come with or without original box and packaging, though the photos may show packaging present. The condition of original box, if included, may be damaged, worn, and scuffed from transportation.

For a combined order of multiple variant products, we may offer combined shipping and if it is available, combined shipping rate is calculated based on combined weights.
A packing list with order detail will be included in the package unless buyer requests not to.
Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States is available for sure.
Items will be shipped by USPS or Fedex or UPS on the same or next business day of receiving full payment
We do not guarantee that we will use exact shipping method as quoted, but only equivalent or better shipping method will be used. . For example, if the order says shipping through Fedex Ground, we may use UPS Ground or USPS priority. If you do not like specific shipping carrier, please discuss shipping with us through eBay message before purchase.
We use eBay Global Shipping Program for all international shipping. Some categories may be limited to international shipping.
We welcome local pick-up for any fixed price item and auction item after the bidding ends. Local pick order can get a discount for free shipping items.
P.O. Box delivery is only accepted for small item. For most orders, we only accept physical address as shipping address. We use both USPS and Fedex despite the shipping method specified on the listing.
We only ship to Confirmed Addresses Only.

For most items, we can use buyer provided shipping label. We will provide our address and box dimension for you to generate the label. Please message us about it before purchase.

For item over 150lbs, we only ship it on pallet. We are at commercial address with forklift. If you need help with freight quote, feel free to contact us.
Payment must be received within 48 hours of the order time.
If payment can't be made in that time frame, please contact us as soon as possible to hold your item. Otherwise, the order will be canceled or an unpaid case will be opened.
Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment.
Return is not accepted for "for parts or not working" item.
Return is accepted for all tested and working item.
We do not offer return for all international orders.
Returns of "new" and "new open" products, if accepted, must be in original condition, unworn/unused/sealed and with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. A 20% restock fee maybe applied depending on the condition of return.
If a return case is opened with the reason other than "item is defective", buyer pays for return shipping cost and we have the right to deduct the original shipping charge out of the final refund.
