Error "Missing Horses Head"
A rare and unusual oddity. On the 1st souvenir sheet from this ex-Russian Republic the horse's head which normally appears in the upper right hand circle is missing. Also included is the normal souvenir sheet.
As both the horse's head and border of the Turkmenistan Map were in gold color, it appears the gold printing pass was missed making this an error.
